TViX New Zealand Returns Policy
TViX New Zealand will not accept the return of non-defective goods for credit or any other purpose.
If there has been an error in dispatch on TViX New Zealand’s part, TViX New Zealand agrees to rectify the situation at our cost.
TViX New Zealand will repair or replace any defective goods at no cost to the purchaser, if TViX New Zealand are notified of the defect within the warranty period. This excludes wear and tear and any damage deemed caused by the user.
The warranty is return-to-base.
If for any reason, TViX New Zealand is not able to repair your TViX product, at our discretion, compensation will be calculated on a pro rata basis on the remaining warranty time.

All goods returned to TViX New Zealand must be returned with an approved Case Number. To receive a Case Number, please follow the steps below.
Return Request Process
1. Fill in the Returns Form, including your reason for the return.
2. You will receive an email with a Case Number which is your reference for your return.
3. TViX New Zealand will contact you to discuss your request and approval.
4. Once your case is approved, you will receive our Product Return Address.
Receipt by TViX New Zealand or by any of our agents or representatives of any goods returned other than in accordance with the above paragraphs shall not constitute nor be deemed to constitute TViX New Zealand’s acceptance.
