CONDITIONS OF TRADE
The following Terms & Conditions govern the use TViX New Zealand through it’s web site tvix.co.nz and other channels including but not limited to specific purpose websites, showroom sales, telephone, mail and fax order.  You can access this Agreement at any time from any page of this site.

Using this website to place an order indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

In order to purchase products from tvix.co.nz you will be asked to provide some personal details (e.g. Name, Shipping Address, Phone Number, Email Address).  Please refer to our Privacy Policy to review our policy on these matters.

CONTRACT ELECTRONICALLY
You agree that the terms, combined with your act of using the site have the same legal force and effect as a written contract with your written signature and satisfy any laws that require a writing or signature, including any applicable statute of frauds. You further agree that you shall not challenge the validity, enforceability or admissibility of the terms on the grounds that it was electronically transmitted or authorized. In addition, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to print the terms.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to ensure all information on this site is accurate and up to date.  However, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect information, TViX New Zealand shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed incorrectly. TViX New Zealand shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not any such order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for such purchase and your order is cancelled, TViX New Zealand shall refund the amount of the charge.

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
The TViX New Zealand warranty guarantees this product against faulty workmanship and/or faulty materials. 

This warranty is valid for a period of one year (1) from date of original purchase, to the original owner, providing that the following conditions have been met:

• The instructions have been followed (they are provided with the goods). 

• No repairs, alterations or modifications to the product have been undertaken or attempted by an unauthorised person. 

• Damage has not been caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, abuse, negligence or an accident. 

• TViX New Zealand receives and confirms in writing, your claim within the one year (1) period.

NOTE: During the warranty period, TViX New Zealand will repair or replace (at TViX New Zealand discretion) without charge to the original owner, any manufacturing fault. TViX New Zealand reserves the right to substitute material of equal or better quality on the particular items being repaired or replaced if identical material is not available at the time of repair or replacement.

There will be no extensions to the original warranty period for any product that has been repaired or replaced.

This warranty is in addition to any rights conferred on a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ only) where applicable, and any other rights provided under applicable legislation.

PRICING
All prices in the shopping areas are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (at 15%).  Subject to the previous clause, all prices are correct at time of publication and the prices published on the site at the time and date of the purchase will be the final price paid plus freight.  The time and date of purchase is the time and date we confirm your order by sending goods to you. However we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.

The downloads available on our site are provided for your personal use only and may not be retransmitted or redistributed without written permission from TViX New Zealand. You may not upload any of this site's material to any public server, on-line service, network, or bulletin board without prior written permission from TViX New Zealand. You may not make copies for any commercial purpose. You do not obtain any ownership right, title, or other interest in TViX New Zealand trademarks or copyrights by downloading, copying, or otherwise using these materials. All files have been virus scanned, however, for your own protection; you should scan these files again. You assume the entire risk related to your use of this data. TViX New Zealand is providing this data "as is," and TViX New Zealand disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including (without limitation) any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will TViX New Zealand be liable to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages or lost profit resulting from any use or misuse of this data.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
The Final Purchase Approval page allows you the choice of paying by credit card or by direct credit.

Credit Card
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Select the type of credit card then fill in the name that appears on your credit card, the number (with no spaces) and expiry date. Click on Buy Now and you will be asked for your details.

Direct Credit
Select Direct Credit from the drop-down payment method menu. Type your name in the specified field and click on Buy Now to submit your order. A purchase confirmation will appear with the bank account details of TViX New Zealand to make the payment to. This confirmation will also contain details of your order and an order number for you to use in any correspondence with TViX New Zealand.
Once payment has been confirmed we will despatch your order. Please note that if payment is not made within 48 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.


YOUR PRIVACY
TViX New Zealand guarantee that any information divulged by you on this site will only be used for the purposes of processing your order and satisfying your requirements. SECURITY
It is natural for those new to electronic commerce to be concerned about security of personal and credit card details. In reality though, an Internet commerce transaction is significantly more secure than a similar telephone transaction or handing your card over a counter. The Customer, if an individual, has a right of access to information about the Customer held by TViX New Zealand.  The Customer may request correction of that information if it is believed to be incorrect. TViX New Zealand may charge reasonable costs for providing access to that information.

All of the content included on this site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software is the property of TViX Limited and protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws.  You are welcome to access and use this site and to view and print one copy of any material on it for your personal, non-commercial use and without removing any of our trade marks or copyright notices.  No other copying is permitted without our consent in writing.
You may not download, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any material from this this site for public or commercial purposes.
